MSM

Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane (MSM) is organic sulfur abundant in fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, fish, and grains but quickly destroyed when food is digested. The presence of MSM is supposed to induce formation of Keratin and other proteins, and for this reason it is claimed to be useful as a hair loss treatment. MSM can be obtained as capsules taken orally or as a cream for external use.
